There are two types of product scope :
- Trigger product scope :
The product trigger is the product or group of products that will justify an offer.
- Product scope advantage :
The product benefit is the product that will receive the benefit from the triggering product.
The trigger product and the benefit peripheral product are configured before the creation of the commercial action.
Example : 2 books purchased = 1 pencil offered (2 books: trigger products / 1 pencil: advantage product).
How to create the Product Scope
To do this, go to the "Loyalty" menu, click on "Product Scopes," then click on the "+" button at the top right of the screen.
- Fill in the "Name" field :
Try to give a meaningful name to your product scope in order to remember it.
- Choose type :
- Product list*
- List of categories**
- Choose the selection mode :
- Choice from a list
- Manual entry
- All (this takes into account all products that are imported into CRM360)
*If you select "List of products", you will then have on the right part of the screen, the articles that you can then choose.
