If you wish to change your password or if you have forgotten your password, here is the procedure to reset the password linked to a login:
On the Sunflow login target, click on the "Forgot password" link.
Fill in your username and click on the button "SEND".
- An email with a new password generated by Sunflow is sent to the email address linked to the login you entered,
- Once this new password is received, log in to Sunflow again using this new password,
Sunflow will ask you to change this password to a password of your choice. - Each password must contain at least:
- A Lowercase letter
- A capital letter
- A number
- 8 characters
In "Old Password", please enter the password received by email and in "New Password", your new password.
