1- Extraction of the file on Sunflow
You can extract a file via the campaign module by selecting "Marketing action".
As soon as you create your marketing action, choose the channel: EXTRACTION.
Select the target you want to extract, then validate as below:
Finally, plan your action.
You will receive the file on the email box linked to your user account at Sunflow, in a zipped excel format.
2- PND management
To make it easier for you to manage undelivered envelopes:
At the end of the received excel file, you will find two columns:
- "CRM action contact internal guide",
- "CRM action contact internal id".
You can enter this code on the mail you send in order to receive it again in the event of a PND. You can then beep or enter this code in an Excel file in order to import it back into Sunflow.
To import these PNDs, you must go to the "Settings" => "Processing" => "Mapping" and click on "+".
When creating your mapping, you must fill in the following fields.
As for a classic import, you must specify the field separator, the encoding and the header of your file.
You will then import your file by planning this mapping.
